I've been using it for months now, and have a well established list of favourites from The Food Revolution, as well as Cook with Jamie (or the 'red book', and the 'black book', as they are affectionately known as in my kitchen). <br /><br />I prefer to add the syrup directly in the recipe. It makes it sweet enough without going overboard, and my 2 year old can't get enough of it (and he doesn't ask for more syrup either!)!
